Commissioning Process

Paradigm Controls performs the following steps to verify that the equipment functions correctly, safely, and efficiently before it is put into service. We ensure that your electrical systems, devices, and equipment are installed, tested, and operated according to design specifications and standards. You can rely on Paradigm Controls for seamless deployment of your power system.

Functional Testing

Our team tests the equipment to verify that it operates as intended under normal conditions. Checking for proper voltage levels, verifying control sequences, and testing safety features are a standard.

Performance Testing

We test Protection and Control devices to assure operation within the prescribed settings and control schemes. This assures Factory to Conceptual designs characteristics have been accomplished.

Reporting

We document the results of the commissioning tests, including any deviations from expected performance and any corrective actions taken. This documentation records the commissioning process and serves as a reference for future maintenance and troubleshooting.

Training

We provide training to operators and maintenance personnel on the proper operation and maintenance of the equipment.

Handover

Is there a limit to the scope of supply from Paradigm?

While Paradigm specializes in medium and low voltage systems ranging from 38kV to 480V in power distribution, Variable frequency drives and UPS systems. Paradigm is able and has provided higher voltage systems utilizing GIS Switchgear, High Voltage substation protective relay and control houses, as well as generator sync and control systems. There is very little Paradigm hasn’t previous delivered.
